I never write reviews but Brian deserves it. Reached out after having a horrible experience with another company just diagnosing my washer. He was able to accommodate us into his busy schedule and fixed my washer in no time. Honest, reliable and a very fair price. He is even coming back out next week to check out my microwave. Cannot recommend him enough.

Brian has done repairs on our refrigerator, installed a new microwave, which turned out to be very complicated because of an inept previous installation, and is now repairing our oven. He's always shown up when he said he would, his rates are very reasonable and he stands behind his work.

It was very difficult to find repair service in a timely fashion but when I called South Shore, I was scheduled for the next day. Brian came and found the problem with my refrigerator and was able to find the part and returned to install it the next day. He was very informative and his pricing was good. Highly recommend him!
